CENELEC Annual Report 2007

The Annual Report outlines CENELEC’s main activities and achievements during the year 2007. Laying special emphasis on the specific needs of European industry and of CENELEC Members and Affiliates, the Annual Report also stresses CENELEC’s continuing support to electrotechnical standardization at international level. The report also puts a clear focus on how European Standardization fosters innovation and on how the system is accommodating to enable the inclusion of innovative technologies. Finally, effective cooperation with CENELEC’s sister organisations, CEN and ETSI, continues to be a priority.
